Where Has August Gone

Time just flies by so fast these days.....its hard to believe that Kyle will graduate after this year. He has one more semester at Clemson, then an internship (hopefully in Charlotte) and Kenzie is already a sophomore at Clemson.

Summer was great this year.....both kids were home quite a bit and we spent quality time together.

Kyle worked with Robert every day and Kenzie and I hit up the theater a few times...we got to see WICKED 2 times!! Awesome!! The best play ever.

Robert and I spent some quality time together as well....when we went white water rafting and hiking to Skinny Dip Falls for our 25th wedding anniversary.

I feel so blessed all the time with the things that are in our lives, but mostly for my relationship with Jesus Christ.

I learn lessons daily in obedience...and find that even when bad things happen like having to replace an air condition when you've just spent $1500 on books for college....that God makes a way.......they say "God will make a way, when there seems to be no way"

I just want to feel more confident in sharing my faith through my words and not just my actions. Especially to those unsaved family members who will be totally lost if they don't just find God!!

Well, more to come a lil bit later......my favorite time of year is coming up...Fall! AHHHHHHHH....the theater starts soon....but I still have a few more weekends to go to the pool. We head down to Clemson for Parents Weekend on Kyle's BD weekend, 9/11.....and get to go to the game and tailgate .....should be a lot of fun.

Oh yah....I am gonna teach Sunday School again....not every week..but share teaching with Shelley, Dana and Cindy.....God just kept reminding me that I needed to be with those girls to encourage them....Thanks God! I love you for how you do that!
